Begin by placing a metal mixing bowl in the freezer for 10 minutes. Remove, then place 1/2 teaspoon of sugar into the mixing bowl. Add 1 cup heavy whipping cream and whisk. When you get it to soft peaks, slowly drizzle in 2-3 ounces of Chila ‘Orchata. Whip until it forms stiff peaks. Fill the pockets of cored strawberries with the whipped cream and enjoy!
