Chila Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 cup Chila ‘Orchata

Directions

Whisk eggs in a bowl. Then add milk, butter, and Chila ‘Orchata and thoroughly mix. Combine flour, salt and sugar to the egg mixture and mix. Use a ladle to scoop out mixture onto a (medium temperature) heated and buttered frying pan. Wait till the mixture begins to slightly bubble (few minutes), flip and serve.
